Job Description

As a Quality Executive, your primary responsibility will be to oversee quality operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. You will be required to collaborate with both external and internal teams associated with Quality Management Systems, such as certification and accreditation bodies. Your role will involve coordinating with departmental heads to monitor quality indicators, gather internal feedback, and conduct audits based on organizational policies and procedures. Your specific responsibilities will include receiving and analyzing quality indicators, trends, and reports from all departments, as well as patient feedback from customer care. You will also be responsible for receiving incident reports and assisting in the formulation of action plans. Additionally, you will need to identify training needs and promote awareness of quality assurance initiatives within the organization. Providing support and feedback to departments in the development of their Quality Assurance programs will also be a key part of your role. Furthermore, you will be involved in organizing and conducting internal audits in collaboration with the internal audit team. This position is a full-time, permanent role that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
