As a Quality Executive at Autoprint, you will be an integral part of the Quality Control team, where your attention to detail and expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of machinery throughout all production stages. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform quality inspections to maintain high standards. - Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and Finished Goods (FG) checks. - Execute assembly and spot inspections for thorough evaluation. - Document and report inspection findings accurately. - Conduct supplier quality audits to uphold quality standards. - Identify and resolve quality issues promptly. - Manage calibration and tools effectively. - Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality. - Collaborate with team members to achieve common quality goals. - Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (DME / BE Mechanical). - 3-5 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role. - Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and inspection tools. - Proficiency in documentation and report writing. - Experience with cylindrical grinding, CNC reports, and calibration. - Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams. - Willingness to travel for supplier audits as needed.
