Job Description

Industry:

Quality Engineer

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Implement and maintain
Project Quality Plan (PQP)
at site.
Conduct
incoming material inspections
and maintain MIR records.
Ensure quality compliance for
RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works
.
Prepare and maintain
ITPs, checklists, test reports, pour cards, mix designs, and quality records
.
Coordinate and witness
material and concrete testing
(cube test, slump test, soil test, etc.).
Identify
Non-Conformities (NCRs)
and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure calibration and validation of
inspection, measuring, and testing equipment
.
Monitor execution works as per
approved drawings, method statements, and specifications
.
Coordinate with
consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams
for inspections and approvals.
Support
handover documentation
, snag list closure, and final quality certification.
Assist during
internal, client, and third-party audits
.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
QA/QC processes in EPC building construction
Hands-on experience in
site quality control and documentation
Familiarity with
IS Codes, quality standards, and testing procedures
Experience in
residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects
Proficiency in
MS Excel, AutoCAD, QA documentation
Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills

Qualification

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech Civil Engineering
(Mandatory)

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in
EPC civil building projects
Exposure to
quality + execution coordination
Ability to independently handle
site-level QA/QC activities
