Roles & Responsibilities

• Independent Performance & SME Role

  : Expected to work independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

• Team Collaboration

• Test Case & Script Development

  : Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.

• Defect Management

  : Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  : Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Root Cause Analysis

  : Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Test Automation

  : Assist in the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks and tools.

• Continuous Improvement

  : Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.

• Quality Assurance

  : Participate in code reviews and ensure that proper testing procedures are followed for all releases.
