Project Role Description :Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Financial Domain KnowledgeJava Roles & Responsibilities:Investigate any identified issues with the implementation and then proactively drive resolution.Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, issue resolution processes, and system configurations.Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing necessary changes to enhance system reliability and user experience.Effectively document investigative steps and analysis to escalate technical issues to the Level 3 team.Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Identify and resolve customer problems by responding to inquiries and conducting triage of problem reports.Collaborate closely with Level 1 support teams to guide them in resolving less complex issues and to identify recurring problems. Experience in writing complex and optimized SQLs/Stored Procedures/Functions.Hands on experience of cloud concepts, architecture, and AWS services. Experience in scripting languages (Python/Unix/Perl) to work on the routine tasks and streamline operations. Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) for managing code changes.Incident, Problem & Chage Management Process understandingHand on Experience on Snowflake.Preferred to have AWS Practisioner/Associate level certification.Understanding of Finance Domain.Experience with Bloomberg terminal.Preferred to have Snowflake certification.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).

This position is based at our Mumbai/ Gurugram/ Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
