Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Engineer located in Bengaluru.

In-process & final inspection of transformers

Prepare quality/test reports & compliance records

Coordinate with production/design teams for quality issues

Support QA/QC systems (ISO standards)

Qualifications

Transformer testing (Routine/Type Tests)

Knowledge of ISO 1180, 2026

RCA, CAPA, Non-conformance tracking

Electrical drawings & schematics

Quality Engineering, Quality Management skills

Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

BE/ME/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Experience in the transformer manufacturing industry is a plus
