Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections and quality checks during fabrication, welding, and powder coating processes.
Develop and implement quality control plans, checklists, and procedures.
Monitor adherence to welding standards (WPS/PQR/WPQ).
Ensure surface preparation, coating thickness, and finishing meet specifications.
Handle quality documentation, NCRs, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with production and clients for quality-related issues.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Production Engineering.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in
steel fabrication quality
.
Strong knowledge of
welding processes, codes, and standards (AWS/ASME/ISO)
.
Hands-on experience in
powder coating inspection
.
Familiarity with measuring instruments, gauges, and quality tools
