Job Description

As a Quality Engineer Associate at Cognizant TriZetto, you will be working on highly complex tasks and issues of varied scope, including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integration, and defect fixes. Your responsibilities will involve assisting, instructing, and training team members within the same context. Additionally, you will play a key role in designing testing requirements, as well as in writing, communicating, and verifying test executions with a specific emphasis on test automation and performance across the entire software development life cycle. You are expected to have a proven understanding of a software development language (such as C# or Java) or a scripting language (such as Python or JavaScript), along with a good grasp of software development methodology. Furthermore, you should possess knowledge of web services and practical experience with web service testing tools like SoapUI. Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL and a solid understanding of backend (non-UI) testing are also crucial for this role. Your technical skills should include proficiency in Selenium, Core Java or C#, TestNG or NUnit, and Cucumber or SpecFlow, as well as familiarity with tools like Maven. Your role will require you to apply your expertise in these areas to contribute effectively to the software development process and ensure the quality of the products delivered.,
