Quality Engineer (Civil Construction)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout our construction projects.

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance and Control:

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and control plans.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Monitor and document all quality-related activities, including material testing, workmanship inspections, and non-conformance reports.
• Identify and address quality issues promptly and effectively.

Material Testing:

• Oversee the testing of construction materials, such as concrete, steel, and soil, to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Review and interpret test results to identify potential problems and recommend corrective actions.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, including inspection reports, test results, and project documentation.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and identify areas for improvement.

Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and hazard assessments.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality awareness among the project team.

Client Relations:

• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to address quality concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in civil construction quality control and assurance.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Office, ERP software).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
