Quality Engineer- ATO and FSTD

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting in managing the Quality Assurance System in accordance with requirements of the Training Organization Approval Authorities and the Airbus quality policy. Your coordination with the Quality Manager and the Head of Flight Training will ensure quality training services delivery for the Approved Flight Training Organization (ATO). Additionally, you will work with the Quality Manager and the FSTD Manager to maintain the training standards of the devices for delivering the training courses. Identifying and reporting any actual or potential non-compliance to the Airbus or regulatory standards will be a key part of your role. You will also be involved in supporting during internal/external quality audits/surveillance checks by coordinating with different teams/auditors and keeping updated on the regulations/requirements for the ATO and FSTDs. Contributing to developing a quality-minded atmosphere by creating awareness on quality and regulatory issues will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Support in managing the Quality Assurance System in accordance with requirements of the Training Organization Approval Authorities and the Airbus quality policy - Coordinate with the Quality Manager and the Head of Flight Training to ensure quality training services delivery for the Approved Flight Training Organization (ATO) - Coordinate with the Quality Manager and the FSTD Manager to maintain the training standards of the devices for delivering the training courses - Perform a synthesis of the FSTDs (QTGs, KPIs, reliability monitoring, customer feedback etc.) - Identify and report any actual or potential non-compliance to the Airbus or regulatory standards to the Quality Manager - Support during internal/external quality audits/surveillance checks by coordinating with different teams/auditors - Coordinate and keep updated on the regulations/requirements for the ATO and FSTDs - Contribute in developing a quality-minded atmosphere by creating awareness on quality and regulatory issues Qualification Required: - Should hold a diploma/degree in Aeronautical Engineering/Aircraft Maintenance Engineering/ Science or equivalent - Have a good understanding of the aviation regulations related to ATO and FSTDs (EASA/ DGCA) - Should have at least two years of experience in the quality domain within an ATO/simulator maintenance organization - Participation in the conduct of audits will be preferred,
