Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control, (QC) with knowledge of minimum Exp. 3-4 Years in the field of Stainless Steel fabrication in Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchanger with knowledge in ASME code and all welding Procedure,
Knowledge in Machining of components
In-ward material inspection and GRN preparation.
Thorough Knowledge of Quality Requirements in Vessels and Heat exchangers manufacturing, Raw material, stage wise , NDT, final tests and clearance
Can handle third party & client
The ability to work under strict deadlines without letting the shortage of time affect the quality of work
Identifying Problems Related to Quality to initiate, recommend Provide solutions.
Preparation of Reports. Testing the samples as per approved QAP.
Ensuring QA/QC as per specifications and standards
