Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer located in Delhi, India. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and maintaining the highest levels of product quality throughout construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include implementing quality management practices, conducting inspections, identifying and resolving quality issues, and collaborating with teams to uphold construction standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Quality Engineering, including the ability to apply engineering principles to ensure top-quality deliverables.
Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance tasks to monitor, evaluate, and enhance project outputs effectively.
Knowledge of Product Quality and Quality Management practices to achieve operational excellence.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
Familiarity with relevant construction standards and regulations in India is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
