Quality Department Apprentice - Electronics Background

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our Quality Department. The ideal candidate will have a background in electronics and a keen interest in ensuring product quality on field and at various sites. Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Inspection:

• Conduct on-site inspections of electronic products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform tests and measurements on electronic components and systems.

2. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and results.
• Prepare quality reports and documentation for management review.

3. Field Work:

• Assist in field audits and site evaluations to assess quality and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with site engineers and technicians to resolve quality-related issues.

4. Continuous Improvement:

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements to processes.
• Support root cause analysis for quality defects and non-conformities.

5. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to promote a quality-focused culture.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in quality management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and standards (ISO, Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to field sites as required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
