Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to ensure in-process and final product quality in a precision manufacturing environment. The role focuses on inspection, documentation, and continuous improvement to meet customer and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-process, first-piece, and final inspections.
Monitor production quality and adherence to standards.
Use statistical tools (e.g., X-Bar charts, Cp/Cpk) for process control.
Document inspection results, NCRs, and maintain quality records.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards.

Requirements:

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or related field.
25 years in quality control (preferably automotive/engineering).
Experience in stamping, machining, or heat treatment is a plus.
Knowledge of quality tools: 7QC, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
