Quality Controller for garment

As a Quality Control Manager, your primary responsibility will be to set quality standards for the factory in alignment with buyers" requirements and guidelines for all departments and processes. You will be tasked with establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production and preparatory processes to ensure the attainment of high-quality output right from the initial stages. Additionally, you will be expected to develop Management Information Systems (MIS) for quality assessment and the accurate recording of quality metrics. Once the quality benchmarks are established within the company, it will be your duty to enforce and regulate adherence to these standards throughout the factory. This will involve closely monitoring the quality of products at various stages of production to identify and rectify any deviations from the set standards. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in training newly recruited quality personnel on the company's quality policies and the effective utilization of quality tools to maintain consistency in quality control processes. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring your physical presence at the designated work location.,
