Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Controller to ensure our food production and catering operations meet the highest safety and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety protocols, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hygiene audits and workplace inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Monitor product quality control throughout production and service stages
• Provide training to staff on hygiene, sanitation, and food handling practices
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to food safety
• Identify non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions
• Work closely with the operations team to uphold HACCP and safety standards

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Certification in Food Safety (mandatory)
• Experience in hospitality, catering, or food production preferred
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills to give clear instructions and feedback

Pay: ₹104,371.87 - ₹104,374.87 per month
