The Quantity Controller is responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of raw materials and finished goods within the bakery production cycle. The ideal candidate will ensure that production quantities meet demand forecasts, minimize waste, and maintain cost-effective inventory levels. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of bakery operations and food safety standards.
