Role Overview -
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Food Quality Control Executive to join Copiam Ventures Private Limited. In this role, you will support our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality food products. This position offers a unique opportunity for growth and skill development in the food industry.Responsibilities - Conduct routine quality inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Assist in sampling and testing food products using established protocols and methodologies. Document test results and maintain accurate records of quality assessments. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Participate in the development and refinement of quality control procedures and protocols. Support internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Basic understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance principles. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions. Previous experience in a food manufacturing or quality control environment. Certifications in food safety or quality assurance are a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Male preferred for this role as this will include night shifts.

Note - The factory is in outskirts of Pune so company will give add on package based on early joining and rent if someone is ready to relocate.
