As a QC Executive - Microbiologist at Minimalist, your role involves maintaining and updating the Quality Control (QC) tracker to accurately reflect product quality data and metrics. You will ensure timely and precise recording of quality issues, test results, and corrective actions. Collaborating with production teams, you will implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality. Your responsibilities also include assisting in creating, revising, and maintaining quality process documents such as standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to personal care products. Your role will require preparing and presenting detailed reports on quality performance, including trends, issues, and improvement actions to the management. Qualifications required for this position include 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. A degree in Btech, Bsc, or Msc in any specialization is preferred. You should have a strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in using quality control tools, software, and tracking systems is essential. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, handle multiple priorities, and knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques specific to personal care products will be beneficial in excelling in this role.
