Position Overview: We are seeking a Biomedical Engineer with strong technical knowledge in PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly, testing, and repair. The ideal candidate should be able to work closely with our R&D and production teams to ensure high performance and reliability of medical electronic devices. Key Responsibilities: Perform PCB assembly, soldering, and testing for medical devices. Diagnose and repair faulty electronic components and circuits. Assist in the design, prototyping, and improvement of biomedical electronic systems. Collaborate with R&D engineers for product testing and validation. Maintain proper documentation of testing and repair activities. Ensure compliance with biomedical safety and quality standards (ISO/CE). Support production teams in troubleshooting electronic systems during assembly. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. Hands-on experience with PCB assembly and rework (SMT/THT soldering). Knowledge of electronic circuit troubleshooting and component testing. Understanding of medical device electronics will be an advantage. Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical manuals. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Basic understanding of regulatory standards in medical device manufacturing. Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in a biomedical or electronics manufacturing environment. Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and testing tools. Experience with microcontroller-based systems or embedded circuits (plus). Key Responsibilities: Conduct biosafety, sterility, and microbial limit tests on medical devices. Perform environmental monitoring of clean rooms and production areas. Maintain and monitor sterilization processes (e.g., autoclave, EO sterilization, etc.). Support Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities. Prepare and maintain testing reports, logbooks, and documentation. Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, CE, and medical device regulatory standards. Coordinate with production teams to identify and eliminate potential contamination risks. Perform water testing, surface testing, and air sampling in controlled environments. Required Skills & Qualifications : B.Sc. in Microbiology (M.Sc. preferred but not mandatory). Knowledge of biosafety testing, sterility testing, and microbial contamination control. Familiarity with cleanroom operations and GMP standards. Experience with testing equipment such as incubators, autoclaves, and particle counters. Strong understanding of medical device microbiological validation. Good documentation and analytical skills. Attention to detail and adherence to lab protocols.
