Quality Control Inspector

Responsible for completing product quality checks. Conducts routine testing and analysis of production work. Quality checks are typically reviewed for accuracy. Documents quality control issues as needed. Typically has 0-2 years of experience and works under close supervision.

1) Reading drawing, making quality inspection plan, inspections of parts w.r.t inspection plan and PDI for despatches.

2) Carryout Setup approval, in-process and Final inspection in encapsulation, carbon block assembly, Pleating and Pleat welding process.

3) Handling and use of measuring instruments.

4) Understand products name and quality requirements.
