· The company manufactures builder’s hardware items in brass, zinc & aluminium for exports.
· To lead team of engineers, supervisors and workmen in quality control department. Electroplating, Electrophoretic & Spray Lacquer and Powder Coating departments.
· To educate & supervise team on quality control regarding polishing, surface finishing ( electroplating & lacquer) as well as define inspection standards from start to end.
· To set high quality standards and achieve maximum efficiency by dramatically reducing rejections/repairs.
· To continuously improve the quality of finished product
· Fast troubleshooting without hampering the production process.
· Should be well versed with processes such as casting,forging,polishing, electroplating, lacquer & packing.
· Should be well versed with all modern quality control tools, standards & specifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
