The Quality Control Head will oversee and ensure the implementation of quality control processes throughout all stages of manufacturing. Daily tasks involve managing quality assurance protocols, monitoring product standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, analyzing data to improve quality, supervising laboratory testing, and leading the quality control team to resolve any quality-related issues efficiently. Collaboration with other departments to promote continuous improvement will also be a key aspect of the role. Qualifications Strong expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes Proficient in Analytical Skills and Quality Management techniques Experience with Laboratory Skills relevant to testing and product evaluations Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong leadership capabilities and team management experience Familiarity with relevant industry standards and compliance requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
