Quality Control - Foundry/Casting

You will be responsible for establishing quality standards and specifications, developing quality management procedures, and auditing processes to ensure compliance with established standards. Your role will involve conducting training and education to foster a culture of quality within the organization. You will also be tasked with implementing preventive actions and process improvements to prevent defects. Quality Control (QC) is a reactive and product-oriented approach to quality management, with the primary objective being to identify and rectify defects and non-conformities in the final product or service before it reaches the customer. This involves inspection, testing, and evaluation of products or services to ensure they meet predefined quality standards. Key tasks associated with QC include inspecting products at various stages of production or service delivery, testing products to verify quality requirements, conducting statistical analysis to assess product quality, identifying defects and non-conformities, and taking corrective actions. You will be responsible for rejecting or reworking products that do not meet quality standards and ensuring that only products meeting the quality requirements are delivered to customers. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as provided food, health insurance, and a provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, with additional incentives such as a performance bonus and yearly bonus. The ideal candidate for this role should have a preferred Diploma qualification and at least 4 years of experience in Quality Control, with preferred experience in Foundry for 2 years and Casting for 1 year.
