Quality Control Executive

• Inspect and test incoming raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process and finished products (e.g., TVC, yeast & mold, coliform, E. coli, Salmonella, etc.).
• Analyze environmental samples (e.g., surface swabs, air, water) for microbial contamination.
• Maintain and calibrate microbiological lab equipment and manage culture media.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of lab results.
• Investigate microbiological deviations and assist in root cause analysis.
• Validate cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene procedures through microbial analysis.
• Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and maintain HACCP records.
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), and sanitation protocols are followed.
• Identify and report quality deviations or non-conformities.
• Support root cause analysis and assist in implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain all QC records, test reports, and logs in compliance with ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Calibrate and maintain lab instruments as per schedules.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams for quality-related matters.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
