Quality Control Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Executive to support our ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System (FSMS) certification and auditing projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance across rice units, warehouses, and processing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Quality In-Charge for rice unit and warehouse; manage records and documentation.
• Ensure product quality from raw material to finished goods.
• Prepare food product labeling, nutritional charts, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Investigate customer complaints, prepare CAPA reports, and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate with management to implement FSMS standards across all process areas.
• Prepare daily reports and update Managing Director and Senior Manager.
• Continuously implement GMP, GHP, HACCP across operations.
• Conduct supplier audits based on HACCP risk assessments and compliance requirements.
• Verify process steps as per SOPs to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor & verify CCP, OPRP, and PRP during production to control deviations.
• Perform physical, chemical, and sensory analysis of semi-finished & finished goods.
• Monitor GMP, GHP practices, and line cleaning efficiency.
• Conduct internal inspections for export goods as per customer and country-specific requirements.
• Train production staff on food safety and customer-specific requirements.
• Coordinate external lab testing for chemical and microbial analysis and maintain reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in food industry.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 22000:2018, FSMS, HACCP, GMP, and GHP.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and export compliance.
• Strong documentation, auditing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct training and implement quality standards at all levels.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹38,577.11 per month
