Quality Control Executive - Mechanical

You will be responsible for carrying out testing and inspections to control the quality of products as per the Quality Plan. Your duties and responsibilities will include: - Inspecting incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards - Conducting inspections at vendor premises when necessary - Filling inspection reports in defined formats - Holding non-conforming products and reporting to the reporting manager - Performing additional quality control tasks as required - Creating tests for product quality control - Verifying mechanical drawings - Monitoring production operations to ensure compliance with company specifications - Ensuring products meet customer expectations in alignment with company objectives - Communicating inspection results and suggesting corrective actions - Writing reports to document product deficiencies and errors - Engaging in problem-solving and implementing corrective and preventive actions Your required skills include being observational, analytical, and technically proficient. Key performance indicators for this role are good communication skills, keen observation of specifications, and demonstrating reliability and a hardworking character. You should be competent in reading product specifications and following inspection plans. Basic qualifications for this position include a BE/Diploma in Mechanical with a strong emphasis on quality assurance according to company standards. Additionally, you should have good knowledge of industry products and processes. Preferred experience for this role is 2-3 years as a Quality Control Inspector. Freshers are also welcome to apply. This is a full-time job with a salary range of 15,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month. The work schedule is during the day shift. Benefits include Provident Fund.
