Quality Control Engineer

As a Quality Control Engineer / Inspector at our manufacturing facility in Panipat, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production processes adhere to the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail and expertise will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in the industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct in-process and final inspections on manufacturing and finished products. - Ensure compliance with quality standards for paint, welding, and fabrication work. - Use and maintain measuring tools such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc. for precise inspections. - Verify work on the shop floor as per technical drawings and specifications. - Identify non-conformities and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions. - Maintain all quality records, reports, and documentation. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality. **Key Skills & Requirements:** - Good understanding of paint quality, welding processes, and fabrication standards. - Hands-on experience with measuring instruments and inspection tools. - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately. - Knowledge of quality control procedures and shop floor safety standards. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. **Educational Qualification:** - ITI (Mechanical) / Diploma (Mechanical) / B.Tech (Mechanical) **Experience:** - 03 years (Freshers with relevant knowledge are also encouraged to apply).
