QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST

The Quality Control Analyst at Vasta Bio-Informatics Private Limited in Navi Mumbai-I, Maharashtra, will be responsible for various duties and responsibilities as outlined below: Quality Management: - Conduct audits on assigned cases under the guidance of the Project Manager. - Provide timely feedback to abstractors post-audit (within 24 hours). - Develop corrective action plans for cases with recurring errors and ensure timely corrections. - Maintain detailed records of time spent on audits, completed audits, and any other reporting tasks assigned by Operations and QA management. Training and Monitoring: - Identify and escalate performance concerns and issues as necessary. - Assist in the retraining of staff members who are underperforming. - Actively participate in Quality Assurance (QA) Program and related initiatives. Special Projects: - Participate in special projects or client-specific initiatives as directed by the management. Security Responsibilities: - Never share passwords with anyone. - Ensure that systems are locked when not in use. - Prohibit the use of unauthorized applications. - Ensure that no Protected Health Information (PHI) data is stored on the Vasta domain. Education & Experience Requirements: - Minimum 16 months of non-clinical experience in Clinical Data Management / Abstraction. - Auditing experience is desirable. - Qualifications: Non-Medical background. - Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred. Required Skills and Abilities: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Capability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in working collaboratively within diverse project teams.
