You will join Integrated Information Services Pvt. Ltd., a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to providing cost-effective and quality-centric back office processing services, background checks, corporate training, and software solutions to clients in various industries worldwide. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the quality of data and reports delivered to clients - Mentoring and guiding the team to meet expected deliverables - Coordinating closely with the operations team to meet deadlines and escalating any process lapses to management - Previous experience in Background Check (BGC) organizations would be advantageous - Strong communication skills - Ability to handle multiple work pressures effectively This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers. The benefits include health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift or morning shift, with the opportunity for a performance bonus.
