You will be joining Integrated Information Services Pvt. Ltd., a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to delivering cost-effective and quality-centric back office processing services, background checks, corporate training, and software solutions to clients across various industries globally. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating excellent communication skills - Mentoring and guiding the team to achieve expected deliverables - Collaborating closely with the operation team to ensure timely completion of tasks and escalating any process lapses to the management - Prior experience in Background Check (BGC) organization will be advantageous - Ensuring the quality of data and reports provided to clients - Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure This position is open to both experienced professionals and freshers.
