Job Description

Job Title: Quality Auditor / Analyst AR (Denial Management, EV, BV Audit)

Position Type:

Quality Auditor

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth quality audits of AR Callers’ and Analysts' performance in
Denial Management
,
EV
, and
BV
processes.
Evaluate call quality, claim handling accuracy, and documentation standards.
Work closely with AR Analysts to ensure claims are worked as per payer-specific and client-specific guidelines.
Prepare and maintain detailed
audit reports
, scorecards, and quality dashboards.
Use
advanced Excel
tools to track trends, generate reports, and highlight process gaps.
Provide actionable feedback to teams and support process improvements.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and client requirements.
Participate in calibration sessions and contribute to training and performance enhancement.
Support management with performance data, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and process improvement recommendations.

Requirements

Minimum
3 years of experience as a QA (on papers)
in AR processes, preferably in Denial Management and/or EV/BV audits.
Deep understanding of
end-to-end AR processes
, especially claim resolution and denial trends.
Strong knowledge of
quality metrics, RCA, audit tools
, and
compliance standards
.
Excellent skills in
reporting and Microsoft Excel
(pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, etc.).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in
day or mid shifts
.
Must be
willing to work from office
(WFO) and preferably reside near
Madhavaram
, Chennai.
Experience in physician billing and US healthcare domain is a strong advantage.
