Quality Auditing Senior Analyst

As a Quality Auditing Senior Analyst at Accenture, your role involves managing planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service supply chain operations. You will work towards helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining warranty offerings - Running outsourced after-sales warranty support and entitlement programs - Evaluating customer feedback and planned versus actual costs of warranty coverage - Utilizing warranty data analytics to reduce cost and improve product quality - Increasing recoveries from suppliers - Designing and deploying warranty solutions To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills: - BE qualification - 5 to 8 years of experience in Automotive Warranty - Collaboration and interpersonal skills - Agility for quick learning - Problem-solving skills - Ability to perform under pressure - Hands-on experience with troubleshooting In this position, you will be expected to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems. Your interactions will primarily be with peers within Accenture, with potential involvement with clients and/or Accenture management. You will have autonomy in your daily tasks and moderate guidance on new assignments. Your decisions will impact your work and potentially the work of others.
