About Us: JOCO Ventures LLP is the ecommerce arm of Fly Hi which is a leading player in the travel industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality and seamless experiences for our customers. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance Tester to join our team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our travel portal.
Responsibilities: • Test Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our travel portal. •
Test Case Design: Create detailed, well-structured test cases based on product requirements and user scenarios. • Execution and Reporting: Perform functional, regression, and performance testing, documenting and reporting defects and issues in a clear and concise manner. •
Collaboration: Work closely with the development and product teams to understand system requirements and contribute to the improvement of the development process. •
Automation: Explore and implement automated testing processes to increase efficiency and coverage. • User Experience Testing: Conduct usability and user experience testing to ensure a smooth and intuitive customer journey. • Regression Testing: Implement and maintain regression testing processes to safeguard against product regressions. • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester in the software development life cycle, preferably in the travel industry. • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices. • Experience with test automation tools is a plus. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
