Job Description

Job Summary:

Quality Assurance Tester

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and maintain
manual and automated test cases
to validate software functionality.
Perform different types of testing such as
functional, regression, UI/UX, system, integration, and performance testing
.
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools like
JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps
.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback for improving product quality.
Participate in
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
and support end-users when required.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 years of experience as a QA Tester, Software Tester, or similar role.
Strong understanding of
software testing methodologies
, SDLC, and QA best practices.
Experience with manual testing and test case creation.
Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
Basic understanding of automation concepts and willingness to learn automation tools.
