Quality Assurance Tech

TekWissen is a global workforce management provider offering strategic talent solutions to clients in India and worldwide. We have a client operating a marketplace for consumers, sellers, and content creators, providing merchandise and content for resale from vendors and third-party sellers. As a Quality Assurance Tech I in Gurugram on a 12-month contract, your responsibilities will include executing test cases assigned by an SDET/QAE/manager, writing and maintaining black box test cases, and providing feedback on automation needs. You must be able to install and configure software, gather logs and traces, and give clear bug reports. You will work on reproducing product behavior issues, identifying defects, and verifying bug fixes. Additionally, you will assist in defect analysis, help prioritize and escalate issues, and provide feedback on test coverage and quality. Your role also involves analyzing automation failures, developing tools to improve project metrics, and enhancing stakeholder communication processes. The mandatory requirements for this role include manual testing, selenium, automation, test case creation, execution, and planning. Preferred skills include some experience in coding.
