Additionally, the role involves driving training initiatives to maintain process quality, conducting Root Cause Analysis of errors, deploying various training methods, and supporting new process implementations. Effective team management is a key aspect of the role, encompassing resourcing, talent management, performance management, employee satisfaction, and engagement initiatives. The role requires hiring and training the right resources, ensuring onboarding and career progression for team members, managing team attrition, driving diversity in leadership positions, setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and leading engagement initiatives to enhance team satisfaction and performance. The performance parameters for the role include meeting quality parameters in the account, conducting timely trainings, maintaining compliance in audits, managing team attrition and employee satisfaction scores. The mandatory skill set includes expertise in Quality with a required experience level of 3-5 years.
