Responsibilities include tracking and reviewing process quality through audits, developing audit plans, monitoring audit conduction, reviewing audit data, preparing reports for review, identifying best practices, ensuring compliance with external auditors, driving training for process quality, conducting Root Cause Analysis, deploying training methods, developing training reports, supporting new processes, managing team resources, talent management, performance management, employee satisfaction and engagement initiatives.
