Job Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Quality Control professional located in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet acceptable quality standards by conducting tests, analyzing product specifications, and identifying defects. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are upheld across all departments.

Required Skills:

* Good Communication Skills,

* Computer Knowledge ( Ms-office ,word, Excel, PPT, Mailing)

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Technology

* Knowledge of ISO 22000-18000 Quality Management Systems and quality tools and techniques

* Experience with inspections, non-conformance reporting, CAPA, and root cause analysis

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), or similar quality standards is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

* Overall Responsibility for Lab Control and Sensory.

*Responsible for quality check for all raw materials and finished Products.

*Responsible for all specs and SOP are available in the lab before job card release.

*To ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness in the laboratory at all times.

*Maintaining and handling the records of quality control logbooks and other necessary key documents in the QC.

*To maintain the GMP norm in Quality control.

*Managing food safety and quality programs including GMP and sanitation.

*Documentation, report writing, records management and implementation of new regulations (FSSAI,FSMS, HACCP, ISO 22000- 18000)

* Ensure safety in the quality control department.

*Developing training processes for each individual who handles or interacts with the product.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
