JD:

• Carry out projects process audits to verify the compliances of projects.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
• Adherence to the QMS/Process as per organization standards.
• To participate in external audits and assist auditors from certifying bodies.
• Triggering process improvements & continuous improvements.
• Sound understanding of the Software development life cycle (SDLC) process and methodologies.
• Develop and manage quality assurance measures for performance improvement of processes.
• Process and Product Metrics collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge / experience with CMMI 2.0, ISO 9001.
• Excellent Communication, presentation, and Interpersonal skills.
• High level of Customer Focus.
• Experience in Software Quality Engineering activities
