Role: QA Manager Position Summary / About the role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic QA Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts. This role will be responsible for managing a team of QA engineers, designing robust automated testing frameworks, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. You will work closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to drive a culture of quality across the engineering lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of QA engineers (manual and automation). Define and implement test automation strategies, tools, and best practices. Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for APIs, UI, and performance testing. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Establish and monitor QA KPIs and metrics to ensure product quality and performance. Perform test planning, estimations, scheduling, and execution oversight. Grow and scale the QA automation practice in alignment with organizational goals. Ensure comprehensive test coverage across different platforms, environments, and devices. Stay up to date with emerging trends in QA automation tools and practices. Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Mentor and grow the capabilities of the QA team through training and career development.
