Quality Assurance Manager - Die Casting

As a Quality Assurance Manager, your role involves ensuring all Quality Assurance measures as per IATF 16949 are followed in the company and identifying methods to improve quality while reducing overall costs. Your responsibilities include: - Maintaining 5S throughout the plant. - Ensuring documentation is in compliance with ISO & IATF standards. - Handling customer audits and reporting. - Resolving quality-related issues in a timely manner with clients. - Documenting 8D, Six Sigma, and Action Plans. - Managing the Quality Department, including quality supervisors and inspectors. - Assisting the new product development team in preparing Technical Feasibility Commitment documents. - Managing ballooning and drawing revision maintenance. Qualifications and Experience required for this role are: - Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a manufacturing company. - Mandatory exposure to the aluminium die-casting industry. - Proficiency in reading 2D drawings and using CAD CAM software. - Excellent knowledge of 8D, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and IATF 16949. - Strong computer skills. Your personal characteristics should include being process-oriented, analytical, cost-conscious, creative, innovative, proactive, and having good people management and leadership skills. Additionally, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
