Quality Assurance Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-driven Quality Assurance professional to join our team and ensure the highest standards in the manufacturing of bike engine gaskets, clutch plates, and related components. The ideal candidate will take ownership of maintaining product quality, improving inspection processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards to deliver reliable and durable parts to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control processes across production lines for gaskets, clutch plates, and other components.
• Conduct inspections and testing using tools such as FARO machines, gauges, and other precision equipment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO/TS, IATF, etc.) and customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation, reports, and records of inspections.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to identify defects, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and optimize quality systems.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers on quality-related issues and feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
