- Extensive experience in executing full STLC, and Bug life cycle. - Ensuring the successful sign-off and launching Season Pass, day to day Sales, and Events - Working closely with the production team for ad hoc requests and feasibility requests to improve feature performance on live and boost revenue - Specialized in comprehensive End-to-End testing encompassing functionality testing, UI/UX testing, alpha and beta testing, A/B testing, Analytics , Regression testing, Ad Hoc testing, and SFX testing. - QA best testing practices across the team, increasing quality level of issue reporting through advanced reporting tools like JIRA with supporting logs, image/ video attachments - Configuring various features with segment and micro segmentation to adhere a target set of users and thoroughly verifying data sheets provided by product - Compose and implement test cases to ensure exhaustive coverage across all testing areas and tracking/ managing them with Testrail - Generate daily status reports for Internal QA team, communicating status of testing and escalating risks and blockers to key stakeholders on behalf of the Internal QA team. - Assumed full QA responsibility as a Point of Contact (POC) for all releases of Season pass and multiple events, ensuring effective communication among product team, developers, and production team - Continuous monitoring of live events/features and fixing any issues reported by player service this maintaining seems less user experience
