QA Engineer We are looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products across development, testing, acceptance, and production environments. This role involves initiating with manual testing and progressively incorporating automated testing strategies to enhance our quality assurance processes. If you are excited to: Conduct comprehensive manual testing to validate software functionality and performance. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various testing phases including functional, regression, and smoke testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Gradually implement automated testing solutions to streamline and enhance testing efficiency. Work in diverse environments encompassing development, testing, acceptance, and production stages. Your Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain test cases and test scripts for manual testing processes. Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, and smoke testing to ensure software quality. Utilize tools like Tosca for test case management and execution. Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve identified issues. Transition from manual to automated testing by developing and maintaining automated test scripts. Ensure testing activities are conducted in all environments: development, testing, acceptance, and production. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. We Expect: 2–5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on manual testing. Proficiency in designing and executing functional, regression, and smoke tests. Familiarity with test management tools such as Tosca. Basic understanding of automated testing principles and willingness to learn and implement automation tools. Experience working across various environments including development, testing, acceptance, and production. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
