Work from Office role with 2nd & 4th Saturday OFF About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative exam software applications. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing tests across various stages of the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities: Test Planning and Execution: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for various testing types, including functional, integration, regression, UI, API testing. Defect Tracking and Reporting: Log, track, and prioritize defects in bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla). Work closely with developers to resolve issues promptly and effectively. Quality Assurance Processes: Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design to ensure quality is built-in from the beginning. Technical Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in software testing within the EdTech domain. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. Experience with API testing tools and techniques (e.g., Postman, SoapUI). Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
