Quality Assurance Coordinator

Your responsibilities will include managing and updating Excel sheets, conducting detailed data analysis, creating pivot tables, using advanced formulas, and designing data visualizations to identify trends and monitor service outcomes. Furthermore, you will assist in developing and implementing new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance service delivery. It will be your duty to ensure the effective and consistent implementation of SOPs across all departments, thereby promoting high standards of practice and efficiency. You will act as a liaison between departments, ensuring that all teams are well-informed and aligned during the implementation of new indicators, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives. Your role will also involve preparing regular reports to showcase key insights and trends, facilitating data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will contribute to the implementation of quality accreditation standards and the process of achieving relevant certifications such as NABH. Direct interaction with beneficiaries to gather feedback and experiences will also be part of your responsibilities.
