Quality Assurance

As a highly skilled QA engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing test-suites and maintaining them. Your primary responsibility will be testing software applications to identify defects and ensuring the delivery of reliable and user-friendly software solutions in close collaboration with the development team. Key Responsibilities: - Have a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Perform manual testing tasks such as designing Test-Strategy, providing inputs for Test-Plan, committing Test-Execution, and managing the Defect-cycle in Test Management tools. - Take care of test-implementation as part of post-build and, if necessary, as a pre-build measure. - Ensure that the test-strategy aligns with the Behaviour-Driven-Development (BDD) standard. - Execute tests to a high-quality standard, with a strong emphasis on cross-browser testing. - Report detailed execution reports to customers post-regression execution. - Optional: Knowledge of Automation testing is beneficial and willingness to learn and grow in this area. - Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test reports and documentation. - Document test results and report defects clearly and concisely. - Maintain and update test documentation and ensure traceability of test cases to requirements. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in quality assurance. - Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field. - Experience in Salesforce is a plus. - Proficiency in writing test-strategies. - Experience in reviewing test-strategies is advantageous. - Experience in cross-browser test-execution. - Proficiency in generating reports from Test Management tools and sharing them with customers. - Strong bug maintenance skills. - Exposure to Agile methodologies. - Willingness to learn automation testing.
