Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Role Overview: You will have a deep understanding of the overall Quality Assurance process and collaborate with the Product Manager, Technology Manager, developers, and other QA engineers to identify current and future testing needs of the application. Your role will involve learning the functional aspects of the application to ensure domain-oriented test cases with maximum coverage using a minimal number of tests. Additionally, you will define best practices, provide technical mentorship to QA team members, and build strong working relationships within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and implement Smoke, Sanity, regression testing, Integration testing, and UAT Testing. - Build test cases for new features and ensure test strategies are well-defined. - Develop test automation projects using Selenium/Webdriver for web testing and Protractor for AngularJS and React-based applications. - Conduct API testing, performance testing using tools like JMeter, and security testing through Burp Suite. Qualifications Required: - Strong technical abilities with knowledge of modern web app architecture using Java and Javascript. - Experience in test case development, test automation, and testing AngularJS and React-based web applications. - Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies, especially Scrum. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
