About us Enview is an exciting and rapidly growing startup aiming to revolutionize the way companies leverage their enterprise CCTV cameras. Our mission is to add intelligence to enterprise CCTV video feeds, enabling organizations to manage, optimize, and extract insights from their CCTV deployments.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Quality Assurance and Support Manager with hands-on experience in CCTV, e-security (FAS, BAS, and ACS), and Networking technologies with project implementation experience as well.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of our deployments through rigorous testing, technical support, and occasional field installation work.

What youll do

  • Lead all quality assurance, repair & maintenance, and customer support activities at Enview, while occasionally managing turnkey project implementations.
  • Conduct functional and performance testing of CCTV systems, e-security systems, and network infrastructure.

• Ensure all products, processes, and projects comply with Enviews ISO 9001 and 27001 standards, as well as any external quality requirements from customers.

  • Perform site visits to enforce quality assurance standards and verify implementation quality.
  • Identify, document, report, and coordinate the resolution of faults or quality issues with the technical and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with project implementation and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns and recommend process improvements.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of new and ongoing projects involving relevant technologies.
  • Oversee support operations, including leading a team of 23 personnel, maintaining customer SLAs, managing CSATs, handling product returns, and coordinating repairs.

Who you are and what your capabilities are

  • BE in Electronics and communications.
  • 6-8 years of experience in CCTV and e-security systems (SITCM) and QA/QC/customer support.
  • proven skills in video surveillance, e-security, and wireless technologies.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
